Whenever you need to, your business has full rights to use, copy, and extend the solution (with all associated code and data) as you see fit. We build systems to become real operational assets for the businesses we work with, not something you feel locked into or dependent on.
We're more than happy to maintain what we build, with a maintenance package tailored to your unique requirements. Alternatively, if you have someone technical on your team, we can train them to use Claude Code and hand over everything they need to maintain and evolve the software internally.
We keep ongoing costs as lean as possible, and we don't charge per-seat or per-user licensing fees. Instead, you pay a one-off upfront development cost, followed by a lean ongoing cost that covers the hosting required to run your system. A maintenance cost only applies if we're the ones maintaining the platform on your behalf – if you'd rather manage it in-house, you're free to do so. Any additional work required after launch is billed at a standard hourly rate.
Yes. Security is taken seriously throughout the design and development process, with strict access controls, regular testing, and careful handling of sensitive credentials. On top of that, we host on established, enterprise-grade managed platforms, which take on a huge portion of the underlying infrastructure security for us. One of our lead developers also has a cybersecurity background within enterprise software environments, which heavily influences how we approach system design.
