We build custom software for SMEs that want to own their technology operations.

1) Building any sort of custom software for your business will get A LOT easier.
5 years ago, building custom software required taking out a small mortgage.
Nowadays, we can deliver an enterprise-grade, cyber-secure software platform swifter than you can say “Sam's smart super servants save silicon valley”.

Nov 2024 Humble beginnings for the local dev shop.
2) Business “context” is the new gold.
“Context” is the word we use for any info about your business that can be written down.
Workflows, data, documentation... anything and everything.
The more context we can create for AI...
The more it will move the needle in your business.
3) ChatGPT will get better at explaining the meaning of life.
And that's all you need to know. We'll handle the rest.
There is A LOT that can be built for your business in 2026.
It can be built easily, securely, and with the future of AI in mind.
In 30 minutes, we'll chat about your biggest bottlenecks, identify where software and AI can add true value, and map out the best path forward.
Then we'll clarify logistical aspects like ballpark budgets, timelines, and expectations.
No consulting cost. No obligation. No drama.
Just battle-tested knowledge, shared freely.
Custom CRMs, ERPs, dashboards, management consoles, or client portals. We replace clunky off-the-shelf tools with custom solutions built just right for your business. Want AI built in? Consider it done.
Almost any repetitive workflow, operational process, or coordination task inside your business can be built into the software as an AI-assisted system or agent – trained to do anything from lead qualification and customer support to document processing and data entry.
If it has an API, your custom software can connect to it. From the everyday tools (Gmail, Xero, Monday.com, and the like) right through to the industry-specific platform your trade runs on. Not sure whether yours can connect? Ask us. The answer is usually yes.
In 2026, it's widely estimated that a single AI-enhanced engineer can often produce the work that previously required a team of three. That dramatically improves the value businesses get from their development budget.
Getting security right is a core part of our job, not an afterthought. Every project we deliver comes with what we like to call the TASR (Testing, Architecture, and Security Report) – a comprehensive report covering security, testing, and architectural review.
Chances are that someone on your team is into AI. We make them dangerous with it. Hands-on training on Claude Code or Codex, so your team can build their own software and maintain ours long after we're gone. AI is the future we're betting on. It makes sense for us if our clients are in on it too.
An interest in technology is all you need. Anthropic and OpenAI are investing heavily in making their coding tools work for people who were never engineers, and those tools get noticeably better every few months. Pair that with our frameworks and the way we teach them, and building and maintaining custom software for your business is well within reach of anyone on your team who's willing to have a go.
Nothing you can't undo. We set your team up with Git, which keeps a snapshot of every version of your software – so any change can be rolled back in seconds. You can experiment freely, because nothing is ever really broken. And you're not on your own: we're a message away, and we'll step in whenever you need us.
Mike from MR Building Design was our first major client (way back at the start of 2024). He came to us with a unique challenge: build a system to better manage his projects and improve visibility across his business. We worked closely with his team to design a custom solution that reduced friction and improved day-to-day operations.

Whenever you need to, your business has full rights to use, copy, and extend the solution (with all associated code and data) as you see fit. We build systems to become real operational assets for the businesses we work with, not something you feel locked into or dependent on.
We're more than happy to maintain what we build, with a maintenance package tailored to your unique requirements. Alternatively, if you have someone technical on your team, we can train them to use Claude Code and hand over everything they need to maintain and evolve the software internally.
We keep ongoing costs as lean as possible, and we don't charge per-seat or per-user licensing fees. Instead, you pay a one-off upfront development cost, followed by a lean ongoing cost that covers the hosting required to run your system. A maintenance cost only applies if we're the ones maintaining the platform on your behalf – if you'd rather manage it in-house, you're free to do so. Any additional work required after launch is billed at a standard hourly rate.
Yes. Security is taken seriously throughout the design and development process, with strict access controls, regular testing, and careful handling of sensitive credentials. On top of that, we host on established, enterprise-grade managed platforms, which take on a huge portion of the underlying infrastructure security for us. One of our lead developers also has a cybersecurity background within enterprise software environments, which heavily influences how we approach system design.
Your data is securely stored in Sydney, Australia, using an enterprise-grade managed database platform. Rather than hosting servers ourselves, we use professionally managed cloud infrastructure with built-in encryption, backups, security monitoring, and high availability. This allows us to focus on building reliable software while ensuring your data is protected using modern cloud security best practices.
