Right now we focus primarily on building custom systems. That said, we believe clients should understand the systems they invest in. Whether it's a short strategy call or a full project engagement, we aim to make the process educational, transparent, and collaborative. We keep ongoing costs as lean as possible, and we don't charge per-seat or per-user licensing fees. Instead, you pay a one-off upfront development cost, followed by a lean ongoing cost that covers the hosting required to run your system. A maintenance cost only applies if we're the ones maintaining the platform on your behalf – if you'd rather manage it in-house, you're free to do so. Any additional work required after launch is billed at a standard hourly rate.

Yes. Security is taken seriously throughout the design and development process. We place strong emphasis on secure architecture, access control, data handling, and operational reliability. One of our lead developers also has a cybersecurity background within enterprise software environments, which heavily influences how we approach system design.
